"Since I been with State Farm there has been 1 problem and the is getting my Refund. It has been 2 weeks and no Refund..I have been LIED to by every employee that I have talked to on the phone. The first LIES was I should receive my REFUND by 03/17/2026. The last person I talked to was the office manager and quote unquote she told me I should receive my refund by the 3rd of April. And I asked why it's taking so long and her response was it's the Post Office being slow. My response was no the post office is not that slow. If the check was mailed on 03/06/2026. I should have received the refund and I haven't received it yet. 8 days it will be another month. This is so sad to be Lied to by the employees of State Farm in Gadsden Alabama."
